That machine really makes me work!

The ideal exercise fitness machine is one that can cover most areas of your body workout without changing out too many parts or apparatus.  The elliptical machine is one that covers most bases while keeping its cost down.  Do not buy a super cheap model because it will probably not hold up under intense work outs.  Two to four hundred dollars should get you one that can hold up and work your body thoroughly.

Working on an elliptical machine, you should try for thirty minutes of moderate work out intensity for several days a week.  This will help lower your blood pressure, increase your cardiovascular health, and reach (then maintain) your ideal healthy body weight.   These machines are easier on your bones and joints than running or jogging, while giving you many benefits.
