Rust Can Be Prevented With A Little Care
I ruined more metal outdoor furniture and bicycles than I can count before I realized I could actually prevent rust.
After I’d thrown away the third bike, I went online and did some research. There I found tips on how to prevent rust.
Since then I’ve used suggestions such as making sure metal is always coated, and wiping it down after I touch it or it gets wet. And there are rust prevention products which can be applied as well.
I’ve also begun to store my more expensive metal objects in an area with a dehumidifier.
It’s now been six months and I haven’t had to toss one item. I think I’ve got the hang of this rust prevention thing.
