Obtain a Masters in Accounting
When I was a young woman, I thought accounting and bookkeeping were pretty much the same thing. I am here to say I was so wrong!
I decided to become and accountant after high school, so I went to college and got my bachelors degree in accounting, then became a CPA.
I have since decided to get my Masters degree in Forensic accounting for a local law firm. They are willing to pay half my tuition, and allow me to work while I learn.
I naturally cannot perform all the duties until I get my Masters, but I can become familiar with their firm while I go to school.
