A lot of teachers in our country are leaving for abroad.  For obvious reason, which is bigger pay.  There are many vacant Jobs For Teachers out there and our teachers could not resist the higher pay, sometimes a month’s pay is almost their annual salary.  So who could say no.  Even the cost they have to pay is the separation from their families.  Life is hard and it gets harder by the minute.  If they do not decide right away, they may lose the opportunity and may never come their way again.  So even if leaving is so hard, they look beyond it.
