There’s a new wave of personalized children’s books that are just beginning to surface.  They are known as photo personalized children’s books.  There are currently only a handful of companies making them, but the idea is this: not only does the child’s name get included in the story but the child’s photo as well.  It can obviously make quite the stunning personalized experience for the child.  Image a child reading a book all about himself and not only hearing about himself as the star, but also seeing himself interact with all the characters in the story.  As technology continues to get better, cheaper, and faster, you can bet more and more children will be looking at the picture in their book and saying, “Is that me?”
