More doors for mail
I currently run an 8 unit apartment complex. We have been thinking about expanding it from 8 to 12 units to try and bring in some more income. We have been talking about knocking out the back wall of the building and just adding on there. The space is there, and the location is ideal for the new tenants. However, once you change a big thing like that a whole slew of other things have to be changed as well. Our current mailboxes will change into one big 12 door mailbox. It ill be amazing to see this kind of transformation.
