Dieting is wishful shrinking. Ever wonder why most of the people fail to lose weight by dieting and pursuing it for a long time period? Diets don’t work .  Dieting is too specific to fit in a normal human’s lifestyle. The toughest part of a diet isn’t watching what you eat, it’s watching what other people eat. So instead of making toothpaste the biggest meal of the day, reach your goals with some little exercise and some small changes (not drugs like Acomplia). Increase your activity level and decrease the amount of calories you consume, and you will lose weight. It is so simple that none of us is capable of understanding it. Don’t diet. Just don’t eat as much as you would like to.
