Menopause and Intestinal Health
I turned 45 last year, and it seems that peri-menopause hit me pretty hard. I couldn’t sleep at night due to the night sweats, and the hourly “power surges” that caused me to perspire profusely. I will say that is minor compared to the digestive problems I began having.
Before I started this peri-menopause, I had some intestinal disturbances with my periods, but now these disturbances were becoming a regular nuisance to me. I really needed some guidance on intestine cleansing. I went to my chiropractor to pick his brain on the subject.
He sells some natural supplements in his office, and after we discussed any allergies I might have (none known), and the possible side effects that might occur, he recommended a product for me to take.
I began taking it and in a matter of days the disturbances had lessened, and now I am feeling so much better. I can be as active as I was when I was 20!
