Losing weight the raw way

When it comes to dieting and losing weight there are tons of different methods to try - some good, some bad.  Some word, some don’t.  So when selecting a diet to try last month my goal was to find a diet that would not onlky help me lose would but would actually make me healthier at the same time. So I decided to take The Raw Challenge and do a raw food diet.  After just 14 days I was not only 14 pounds lighter, but I felt better and had made noticable gains in my endurance (which I was very happy about.)
