How Should Diets Figure Out Weight Loss Goals?

There should be a certain process in which free online diet plans should determine your weight loss goal.  First, it should have a weight loss calculator that can figure out what your ideal weight range is by factoring your height, age, and sex.  Then determine a weight than can be reasonably achievable.  If you need to lose 150 pounds, it’s unreasonable to think you can lose 150 pounds in one stretch of a diet.  Instead stage your diet into three or four separate diets so that your goals can be reached much easier.  Think about it, what’s easier?  Losing 150 pounds or losing 50 pounds.
