There are few things worse than being constipated. There is extreme discomfort involved with being constipated and taking laxitives or stool softeners will often create more problems than solutions (diarrhea anyone?). I recently came across a product called colon xr, a colon cleanser that claimed that it would cleanse out all of the impurities in the body and of the many benefits it would help the person who used it to become regular with their bowel movements. I decided to take it, it was a risk free trial after all, and it worked, and worked well, not only am I regular, but I am experiencing all other sorts of benefits as well.
