Pipe and tube bending machines can either be human powered, hydraulic assisted, or hydraulic motor driven. In the tube and pipe bending operation the metal may be supported internally or externally to preserve the cross section of the pipe and tube. In operations where there is flexibility in the shape the tube and pipe do not need to be supported.
