To qualify for a VA loan, you must apply with VA home loan lenders.
If you are a veteran of the United States military, you may qualify for a VA loan. These loans usually carry with them lower interest rates, and those who qualify do not usuallyhave to come up with much of a down payment. To qualify for a VA loan, you must apply with VA home loan lenders. Not all banks and mortgage companies offer VA loans. If you are a veteran of the military, and you would like to obtain a VA loan, apply with only those banks and companies that offer VA home loans.
