Training for a new skill can be a bit of a pain, especially if it is something that you have never done before. I am interested in becoming a recruiter, but the training manual my company gave me is just plain difficult to get through. I wish there was a place that i could get recruiter training dvds, after all a real person (even on video) is so much easier to learn from. Also, having a person say, this is vitally important seems a lot more imperative than reading it on paper, even if it is in all caps, that often looks more like an accident than an important message.
