How My Son Stunned Me With His Knowledge
My seventeen year old son is one of those crazy kids that loves to wear all of the chains and dye his hair all colors of the rainbow in order to “express himself.” I know times are different and these sorts of things have found themselves to be more and more acceptable, but I still have a hard time with understanding it. One day, though, he came back from school and I heard some phrases come out of his mouth I’d never heard him say before. Such as “mortgage broker marketing” and “strong economy” and the like. My mouth just about hit the floor, and I realized that there was a lot more to him than perhaps I’d given him credit for.
