Getting entry level jobs
If an internship or entry level job is not in the cards and you have some money to spend on courses, you can (re)learn everything you’ve listed in public courses. In recent years, more and more entry level jobs are now requiring a degree or certificate in technical writing. The majority of tested entry level jobs are for city carrier, mail processing clerk, mail handler, and sales, services, and distribution associates and these occupations require you to take the 473 Postal Exam. The most important aspect of any entry-level job is not the opportunity to earn an income but to gain the experience necessary for more responsible, higher-paying work.
