Customer Service

I am trying to come up with some new strategies for business development. The first thing I would like to work on improving is my company’s customer service. I think that if the customer service is really good, then we are more likely to have repeat customers. Our product is one of the best of its type, so our customers should like the product. If they like the customer service as well they should come back the next time they need one of the products we sell. I am looking for some help with ideas to improve our customer service.
