While going through the attic of my aunt, I came across a large and ornate wooden case. Upon further investigation, I found that inside the case was a strange musical instrument. I immediately came down out of the attic and asked my aunt what type of instrument it was. It had strings and was somewhat like a guitar, but, yet it was different. My aunt laughed and told me that it was her oud for sale. I looked puzzled and she told me that many years ago she had purchased the oud but she had never learned to play it. Due to its expensive cost, she vowed to sell it, but never had. She asked me if I wanted it, so I took it. Does anyone know how to play an oud?
