What types of foods can I choose from with Fat Loss For Idiots?
I am really interested in the idea of the Fat Loss For Idiots diet plan, but I am a bit curious about how the meal planning works. I have heard that you choose the foods that you like and they plan the diet based on those foods. What types of foods do they have to choose from? Do they have a wide variety of foods, or do they just have a small number of foods to choose from? Do they give you recipes on how to prepare the foods to follow the meal plan? Otherwise I could see myself messing things up and eating too much.
